K. F. Boackle
K. F. Boackle was educated at Loyola
University, New Orleans, Louisiana (Bachelor of Business
Administration) and Jackson School of Law, Jackson, Mississippi (Doctorate
of Jurisprudence). He has practiced law since 1979 and was selected for Who’s
Who in American Law 1998-present. Mr. Boackle has served as a real
estate law expert in State and Federal courts. He has been listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers
since the inaugural issue in 2006 in the area of Real Estate. Since 1999
he has been included on the
list of Mediators provided for in the Court-Annexed Mediation Rules for
Civil Litigation issued by the Mississippi Supreme Court. He has been a
Mississippi Real Estate Broker since 1972.

K. F. Boackle is admitted to practice in all Mississippi Courts, United States District Court, Southern District of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Madison County, Hinds County, Mississippi, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Boackle’s Continuing Legal Education Seminars are presumptively approved by the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education. Since 1985, he has conducted or participated in over 200 Continuing Education Seminars for attorneys and real estate agents. Additionally, he has handled over 3,000 real estate transactions, ranging from simple sales to multiple party exchanges. Prior to starting his law practice, he was active in real estate brokerage. He served the Jackson Board of Realtors® as President and Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. He earned the Certified Residential Specialist® Designation from the National Association of Realtors®. Currently, Mr. Boackle is an Adjunct Professor at Mississippi College School of Law, teaching Real Estate Transactions. In addition, he has taught real estate law at Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi (1977-1981), Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi (1976-1977), and Mississippi Realtors® Institute (1978-1982). |
